Challenge #2: Pay it forward. Find something that you could do for someone else. Pick up the phone and call someone to check and see how they are doing.
Challenge #3: Find a fun Facebook page, article, or video that is uplifting. I love what my local library is doing by posting free sites that you can stream museums, check out wildlife, and fun things to do at home.
