The beginning of my week felt like I was skipping in a field of wild flowers. Here is how I felt:
Been practicing a daily yoga/ meditation/ gratitude for a couple of months now. Recently I have found myself watching drama but not getting sucked in. Or recognizing passive aggressive attitudes and be able to walk away.
Mid week I was in tears over my big scary goal. Now I have a step by step plan. Although the goal is HUGE and I am fighting with imposter syndrome, I know I have gone through worse so I can get through this!
In my no spend news, I broke it temporarily. Let me explain. I have been looking to save time after work so that I can work out, go on a family walk, and have time for dinner and relaxation. I recently purchased
5 glass reusable lunch containers so that I can pre-fill them as I meal prep each weekend. In addition, I purchased reusable cloth bags so that I can pre-fill them with my workout clothes. I calculated that I could easily save about 30 minutes each night
by not putting together lunch for the next day, packing my clothes, and makes shakes. I will be spending a little extra time on the weekend to get these things ready but the net of time saved vs. extra time spent still leaves me with more time to relax during
the week. I chalk this up with a smart purchase and acceptable way to break my no spend year.

I was looking for a funny yet woo-woo podcast and found Go Help Yourself. Misty and Lisa are two comedians that read self-help books and breakdown the books during their podcast. I started this podcast with episode Wanna get your life together…ish? Check it out!

Homemade chicken soup all thanks again to the keto/paleo crew! This recipe was ridiculously easy because I totally splurged on pre chopped onions, celery, and carrots.
Am I still on a no spend year? YES. Did I just need a little help in the kitchen? YES. Do I over spend on pre chopped veggies every week? NO. Do I feel bad for buying pre chopped veggies? NOPE. Should you? HECK NO!

We all #2 💩 and probably either saw or personally own poo toilet spray. At first I thought it was a total scam and now I am a believer! Butt (pun totally intended) I find it crazy expensive (still on my no spend challenge) and decided to find a recipe to make my own. Here is the recipe that I came across that uses distilled water, alcohol, and essential oils.
Did you know that Best Buy does free electronic waste recycling? No reason to toss that old modem/router in the garbage now!
