Maximize: Sometimes it is Okay to Skip a Workout

I believe that we all need an extra rest day once in a while for self care. Not an extra rest week. But a day.

Once a month I give myself a “get out of a workout guilt free” pass. Better use it wisely! There is no banking the passes or using advances. One day. Just one day to say, I am going to do something else for me. Just one day to say, I need to just relax. Just one day, to simply be.
