Every couple of months or so I challenge myself to meal plan using as much stuff that we already have in the cabinets and freezer as possible. This week I am making the plans. Our breakfasts are very consistent, so these meals are for lunch and dinner.
- Dietary choices/allergy restrictions are not compromised. (My husband recently declared he isn’t eating carbs.)
- Can purchase additional food to enhance what is already in the kitchen.
- Prepare the family.
