Book Review: How to Hold a Grudge: From Resentment to Contentment – the Power of Grudges to Transform Your Life by Sophie Hannah

5 out of 5 stars!

If we are supposed to know history so the bad stuff does not repeat itself, then holding a grudge is no different. Finally, a book that gets it!

I love not being alone in holding grudges. Growing up I was taught to forgive and forget. Nope. Not going to happen. I might not tie your sneakers together and watch you fall as payback (I now let Karma do my dirty work), but I did not forget that you made fun of my favorite shorts in gym class (F.C. you are still an ass!).

The classification and rating method is a total game changer. Highly recommend this book if you want to scream at the next person who says to forgive and forget to you. Sophie did a great way changing a grudge into productive and helpful.
