Book Review: Outer Order, Inner Calm by Gretchen Rubin

Lighthearted but thought provoking as Gretchen tackles clutter in her own way. While she quotes Marie Kondo, I appreciate that Gretchen has a different method.  Being a regular listener to the Happier podcast, I noticed several happiness hacks in the book (power hour, one minute rule). With that said, I attribute my change in happiness and habits to Gretchen’s Happiness Project. Outer Order, Inner Calm is a continuation of this journey. If you are surrounded by stuff and feel overwhelmed, check out this book so that you could surround yourself by things you love in order to have the Outer Order and Inner Calm that you crave.
